GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
- PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS:

G66067372, and e-mail: email@example.com, being the owner of the website www.trabajodeprocesos.net, exposes the contractual document that will govern the contracting of products through the website reviewed
And on the other, the User – Client (hereinafter the User), who will transfer their personal data to the Institute, over which they have full responsibility for use and custody, being responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the Institute.
BOTH ACCEPT this document, and it implies that the user:
to. You’ve read, you understand and you’re agree with this text.
b. That he is a person of legal age and with sufficient capacity to contract.
c. That he assumes all the obligations set forth herein.
d. That you have read and accept these general conditions of purchase from the moment you purchase any course / product / activity offered.
This document can be printed and stored by Users.
The Institute makes the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org available to them so that they can raise any questions about these conditions.
These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the Institute’s website.
The Institute reserves the right to unilaterally modify said General Conditions, without this affecting the courses that were acquired prior to the modification, in order to improve the courses / product / activity offered.
The INSTITUTE’s civil liability for the courses / workshops / product / activity provided is limited to the amount thereof, the user renounces to claim any responsibility from the Institute for any concept in any case of dissatisfaction of the courses / product / activity offered on the web www.trabajodeprocesos.net.
- OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT:
2.1 Scope of application: The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual purchase-sale relationship created between the Institute and the user at the moment in which the latter accepts these purchase conditions during the online contracting process by checking the corresponding box. These CGC will apply from the moment the purchase is made.
The contractual relationship of sale entails the realization in exchange for a specific price and publicly exposed through the website, of a specific course / workshop / product / activity, that the user has chosen.
2.2 Territory of application: The virtual store of www.trabajodeprocesos.net is active for all Spain and for the whole world.
2.3 Customer acceptance: The validation of a request for a course / workshop / product / activity through the web www.trabajodeprocesos.net is carried out by the automatic acceptance of the CGC and payment.

3.1 Publication of prices: The prices of the courses are those shown in each course / product / activity on our website www.trabajodeprocesos.net
3.2 Course information: The contents of www.trabajodeprocesos.net are constantly renewed and updated to offer our students the most complete and detailed information possible. All contractual information on www.trabajodeprocesos.net is displayed in English.
3.3 Right of Cancellation: The Institute reserves the right to cancel the completion of a specific course / workshop / product / activity that does not meet the quality requirements imposed on all courses / product / activity at www.trabajodeprocesos.net. In the event that this lack of quality is detected, the Institute will reimburse the cost of said course / product / activity. 3.4 THE SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ACTIVITY IF THERE IS NOT A MINIMUM NUMBER OF REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS BEFORE THE DATE INDICATED FOR EACH ACTIVITY. IN CASE OF CANCELLATION FOR THIS REASON, THE SCHOOL WILL REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE TRAINING DAY TRAINING- IT WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR OTHER EXPENSES OF THE PARTICIPANTS DERIVED FROM THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE SCHOOL’S TRAINING ACTIVITY.
- PURCHASE PROCEDURE:
In order to access the courses / workshops / product / activity offered by the Institute, the user must access the website and freely and voluntarily provide the personal data that will be required.
Once you have read all the information about the courses / workshops / product / activity of the Institute and you already know which course / workshop you are going to take, it is reported that in accordance with what is required by art. 27 of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow the following steps:
- Choose the course / workshop / product / activity by clicking on it, and
- The user’s credentials will be requested, in three ways:
to. User registration: a data collection form must be completed. Once the personal data form of your interest for the course / product / activity has been completed, it will receive an email confirming the registration at the email address indicated by you.
- To complete the process, you will go to the payment gateway to make the payment by bank transfer (€ zone) or Paypal (onlu zone soutside €)
- PRICES AND TERM OF VALIDITY OF THE COURSES / product / activity :
All prices displayed in the www.trabajodeprocesos.net store include the VAT in force at the time of purchase (it will appear itemized at the time of purchase). All the prices that appear on the web are valid and will be expressed in the Euro currency (€).
The user will receive the invoice for the order to the email address provided by the user once the purchase has been made, IF REQUESTED.
The data recorded by the different payment methods constitute proof of the date on which the financial transactions were made.
- FORMS OF PAYMENT:
6.1 Payment by transfer or deposit to account: At the time of registration, the user will receive the instructions with the account number to pay the request for the course / workshop / product / activity . It is essential that the participant’s name is clearly indicated on the transfer order. The transfer must be made within 7 days, otherwise it will be canceled in our system.
6.2 PayPal: Once the registration is completed, you will be redirected to the official PayPal website where you can make the payment. Once the payment is successful, your order will be finalized and an email will be sent with the summary of your purchase.
There is a right to return the money before the start of the course / product / activity, provided that it is informed in writing by sending an email to email@example.com with the name of the registration and the number of the current account in which the refund will have to be made, at the following cases:
- If you notify 20 calendar days before the start of the course / product / activity , the amount paid will be refunded, subtracting 10% for administrative and management expenses.
- If the registration is canceled up to 10 calendar days before the start of the activity, the amount paid will be refunded, subtracting 50%.
- If the registration is canceled within 5 days before the start of the activity, NOTHING is returned.
- Only the full amount of the amount paid is returned in any case if the cancellation is due to:
● Medical reasons that prevent you from taking the training and healthcare personnel provide the certification.
● Extreme medical causes of a first-degree relative or very close person and health personnel provide the certification.
● Civil obligations imposed by the authorities (public duty, eg trial, obligation to be at a polling station) after the date of registration or registration.
● Death of a close relative or person.
● Any other reason that is vitally important to you and you think we have to consider.
Once the course / product / activity has started, no refund can be made and in the event that any of the modules or training days are not attended, the amount of the payment paid cannot be returned.
A cancellation of the course may be agreed if there is any cause of force majeure such as those contemplated in point 3, in this case there will be no obligation to pay the payments that remain pending.
Returns are made within 15 calendar days following receipt of the cancellation notification. No refunds will be made of the amount paid for cancellations made 10 days or less before the start of the training, when the training has started or after it has finished.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
8.1 Right of withdrawal: The user has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal, and for this he has a period of 14 calendar days from the payment of the registration, without penalty for its exercise; The consumer must be reimbursed the total amount of the purchase, that is, the price of the course / workshop within 14 days of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the user / consumer.

You can send it to us through the mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by post, always within 14 calendar days after payment of the course.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:
These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in that which is not expressly established. The Institute and the user agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the registration of the courses or workshops subject to these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the Institute’s domicile.
