We facilitate change and growth of people and organizations

We work in the facilitation of people, relationships, groups and organizations.. We explore their processes by embracing individual and collective diversity, using conflicts as elements of transformation and change. We also disseminate Process Work and encourage its connection with related projects.

Black Lives Matter – Statement of Solidarity

We at Instituto Trabajo de Procesos y Democracia Profunda stand in solidarity with Black Lives Matter and recognise racism as a highly corrosive and chronic dynamic in our societies. We will continue (to seek) to address structural racism within our own organisation, to inform and educate ourselves and to process unconscious bias, privilege, oppression and internalised oppression in the context of social justice and love, in all of our facilitation with individuals and communities.

Donate to the Solidarity Fund

The School wants to offer the same training opportunities to all interested people, whether they have their own resources or not, and thus promote diversity among our community of students and therefore, subsequently, of Process Work graduates in society.

17 goals to transform our world

In 2015, the UN approved the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, an opportunity for countries and their societies to embark on a new path to improve the lives of all, leaving no one behind. The Agenda has 17 Sustainable Development Goals, which include from poverty eradication to combating climate change, education, women’s equality, environmental protection or the design of our cities.
