OPEN SEMINAR – A Processwork facilitation online training (4-6 December)
IN ENGLISH ANS SPANISH WITH TRANSLATION
In these times of great uncertainty, climate emergency, social injustice are you called to respond? Called to facilitate and take action? Do you get triggered, lose your centre, feel overwhelmed by it all and switch off? You are not alone!
Paradoxically, these experiences can become a doorway to a deeper sense of ourselves, and the innate wisdom, self-healing and facilitative powers that arise from there.
This facilitation training will support participants to connect to a source of inner resilience, helping create a shift from the sense of life coming against us, to a sense of the potential of life for creative co-creation.
The focus of this training is on developing the capacity that allows us to deal with difficult situations in our inner and outer world. We will develop skills inherent in our own immutable nature, and from there let feeling attitudes and perspectives be the deep guides that facilitate and dialogue with tensions as they appear.
Our planet needs us to sit in the fire of escalating tensions, anchored in something bigger than ourselves, learning to relate to one another and work with the tensions created by our different points of view and interests.
Based on Arnold Mindell’s Processwork, with its multi-dimensional framework, and philosophy of deep democracy, this trans-disciplinary approach has embodied learning and increased awareness at its heart. Challenges, conflicts, failures and setbacks are transformed into fuel for creative transformation and growth.

December 8: Video Lab on Group Process with Lily Vassiliou, or Supervision with Gill Emslie (choose one)
December 9: Supervision with Lily Vassiliou & Gill Emslie

Seminar: 200 € early bird (November 13) for students of La Escuela of Instituto de Trabajo de Procesos y Democracia Profunda; 235 € from November 14
Training Day: 55€ per day; 150€ all three days.
