Both sessions are connected, but they are planned in a way that someone who couldn’t be in the first one, can be in the second one without problem.
Our mental dialogue is riddled with critical voices that paralyze us and make us feel guilty. We hate and fear them. We try to ignore them, suppress them, control them; but they come back again and again to tyrannize us with more force.
In this session we will explore the diverse nature of these inner critical voices and some creative ways to transform them into allies.
Language
The class will be in Castellano. It not will be translated into English.
