HYBRID FORMAT SEMINAR:
PRESENTIAL GROUP IN BARCELONA + ONLINE CONNECTION

SEMINAR IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH WITH TRANSLATION

With Lily Vassiliou, PhD, Boris Sopko and Eva Sánchez (assisting)

We live in a world where most education systems stigmatize mistakes. Our mistakes are a possible source of embarrassment. Our focus is on avoiding them, and if we make them, we try to hide them.

Yet, mistakes are part of the creative process! By the time we reach adulthood, we have been trained out of our creativity. As adults our lives are governed by an inner atmosphere of fearing, and a social culture of trying to ban making mistakes, and this blocks the path of spontaneity, which is the source of innovation.

During this seminar we will offer you and encourage in you a different perspective and practice around mistakes. We will explore “mistakes” as a source of emerging unexpected and creative processes. We will also experiment with looking at our life and world around us with all its ups and downs in a broadened perspective as an expression of eternal continuous dreaming. We will introduce skills helping us to stay close to those surprising processes and develop in ourselves and others abilities to become attuned to creative sources behind them.
