Depending on what occurs in the group process that we will do on that day we will focus on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The sorting process &#8211; roles, ghost roles, hot spots as they appear in how issues are brought forward.<\/li><li>The consensus making process &#8211; consensus and implied consensus<\/li><li>Hot spots &#8211; holding down, ignoring, escalation with clarification<\/li><li>Double signals &amp; edges to deepening the experience during role interaction<\/li><li>Ghost roles<\/li><li>Escalation and de-escalation<\/li><li>Cool spots &#8211; noticing, exploring and framing what created them<\/li><li>Levels of interaction<\/li><li>Edges of the facilitators<\/li><li>Teamwork of the facilitators<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Language<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The class will be in English with translation in Castellano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cost<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>40\u20ac (each class)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>*If you need a tuition reduction contact the teacher of the class.
