Barcelona + online (Feb. 11-13th, 2022)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Faciitators: Andy Smith &amp; Gill Emslie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">11th to 13th Februar 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>Global warming is a symptom of our lack of connection to each other and the earth itself<\/em>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Even though we face global climate disruption, structural discimination underpinned by&nbsp;collective and intergenerational trauma, the loss of our dreams and having to face&nbsp; our deepest&nbsp; fears, we can still choose life.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is crucial that we learn to meet our needs without destroying our life-support systems and how to facilitate ourselves and each other in this process. Focusing not only on our shared world, but also our inner and relationship atmospheres in all their diversity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Spring emerges from winter and the sap begins to rise, we will work together&nbsp; to co-create with nature the next cycle, unfolding our fears, and finding&nbsp; the courage to facilitate life sustaining practises for ourselves, our relationships, communities and for the world.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this training we will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Build resilience&nbsp; \u2013 by training in grounding practises&nbsp;<\/li><li>Dying\/Letting go of what holds us back<\/li><li>Working with the Polyvagal curve ( moving from activation to grounding and connection)<\/li><li>Embodied facilitation skills.<\/li><li>Understand more deeply the cycles and patterns we enter into in our endeavours and projects&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Based on Dr. Arnold Mindell\u2019s&nbsp;<em>Processwork<\/em>&nbsp;approach with its multi-dimensional framework and the principles of&nbsp;<em>deep democracy,&nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;this inter-disciplinary approach emphasises embodied learning and increased awareness at its heart.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It deepens processes of conflict faciliation, somatic trauma work, systemic discrimination, environmental and social movements and in organisations, business, theatre, music, the arts and psychotherapy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Photo credit Susi Petherick susipetherickphotography.com&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.trabajodeprocesos.net\/en\/event\/seminar-faclitation-leadership-cycles-of-liyfe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FACILITATORS:<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ANDY SMITH:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"http:\/\/www.trabajodeprocesos.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/andy-smith-150x150-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12718\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Andy\u2019s work centres on transformational change in communities, organisations and participative democracy, inclusion and diversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GILL EMSLIE PhD:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"http:\/\/www.trabajodeprocesos.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/gill-emslie-150x150-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12721\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Gill Emslie works internationally as a Processwork facilitator, trainer, coach and consultant.
