She is also a faculty member of&nbsp;<em>the Process Work Institute<\/em> &nbsp;of Portland, Oregon, as well as a member of the Worldwork facilitation team.<\/p>\n<p>Recently she was a visiting lecturer to a masters program in sustainability at the Universidad Externado de Colombia and consultant to a new group of Colombian politicians.
