It is a training skill that calls on us as trainers to engage the deepest parts of ourselves<br>and our students. It challenges us to find corners of our being that can use evaluation to<br>perceive and nurture growth in our students, ourselves and our teamwork.<br>In this workshop, we will explore how feedback, assessment, and Second Training<br>(ProcessMind) come together in the service of student growth, community standards, and the<br>deeper values that guide our work.<br>As trainers, we are called to hold many roles at once \u2014 teacher, supervisor, mentor, examiner,<br>therapist, and community member. We support each student\u2019s unique path while holding the<br>shared standards of Processwork practice.
